I picked up “emotionally expensive” from Mary HK Choi - I was immediately drawn in but it’s just been living in my head rent free until now. Very pleasing to finally use.
My biggest accomplishment when I turned 30 was still being alive. I don’t know if there is something about 30, but I was also convinced that I would not make it to that age, which is an experience I won’t develop on here but I’m happy to talk about. Now in my 40s it feels a lot like bonus life which is freeing in a way.
